In this episode of Beyond 3D we talk about services for the first time. And who better to talk about services for the engineering world other than AMC Bridge, one of the largest engineering service providers in the world.
In my last post I mentioned how Tech Soft 3D is a harbinger of where engineering software is moving. We gain a big-picture perspective of the industry through our involvement with so many next-generation applications. While we can’t talk about what specific customers are doing with our HOOPS technologies until they ship their applications, we can share some macro trends that may be of interest.
There’s a major shift in 3D as companies move to cloud and mobile solutions. And even though we live and breathe the complicated world of 3D, nobody has a crystal ball. Nevertheless, here are my thoughts about what I see happening with the different approaches and challenges to viewing 3D data on modern platforms.
